Why can't I just create my own website? You can, many company websites are home grown. After all, we all know someone that knows a little bit about web design. However, be prepared to spend a lot of time reading and learning. A website is like an iceberg - the visitor sees the visible part but underneath there are many other factors such as browser compatibility, graphic optimisation, search engine optimisation, speed at which the site loads and that what we follow web standards.

Do I really need a website? This is a question that only you can really answer at the end of the day. However, a website can perform many functions such as advertising, product support, customer contact, special offers and selling your services or products 24/7.

How long will it take for my site to be built? Designing a site is a complicated task. Depending on how complex your site is or it depends on the contents, images, logo that You will be providing prior design start, it can take anything from 1 week to 1 month but in general most sites are completed in around 7 - 10 days.

How will I know what you are doing is what I want? We will consult you on everything via e-mail or phone and you can see your site being built in the special test area assigned to you.

Can I see how many hits I get? This depends if you choose to host with us or elsewhere. If you choose to host your web site with us then you will be able to see your stats via your online control panel

How do I get more visitors to my site? You need a two pronged attack. To start with you must promote your website both online via Search Engines and Directories AND off-line by promoting it on all your stationary, literature and advertising.

Secondly you must have content that people want to see which must be kept up-to-date. It is no good advertising events that happened in 2001. Ideally if you can give something away this is the ideal solution to attracting visitors.

Can I expand my web site or make changes once it is finished? We can update your site whenever you wish. All packages come with four minor updates per year. After the website is finished and you want to add pages simply contact us for a quote.

What are your terms and Conditions? Our full Terms and Conditions are available on request. Basically we ban websites that contain scams, racist material or illegal or unlicensed software. This is for your protection as well as ours.

How do I pay for my site? @ Web Systems accepts payment via credit card using PayPal. We also accept cash or cheque.
